Guests are welcome!

For the very first time, Paralympians are coming to our Club!

We’re excited to give you a first look at one of the three amazing panelists joining us!

Meet Dominic Cozzolino:
From backyard rinks in Mississauga to the world stage, Dom Cozzolino’s love for hockey never wavered. A spinal cord injury at 14 could have ended his dreams—but through determination and Para Ice Hockey, he’s become a Paralympic medalist, World Champion, and Team Canada leader. Please click HERE to view his full bio.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to meet these extraordinary athletes in person and be inspired by their stories of resilience, determination, and achievement. We welcome all members, young and old, tennis players, swimmers, families, and everyone in between to join this special evening!

Moderated by Scott Russell, the discussion will highlight their incredible accomplishments and the importance of diversity and inclusion in sport.

DID YOU KNOW?

Our History - Softball

1921: Members leveled part of the parking lot to create a softball diamond. Men played in a citywide league and a house league.

1924: The women’s league, which dominated for two decades, played at Sunnyside Ball Stadium, drawing crowds of up to 4,000. Bleachers filled for championship games with admission at 10 cents.

1990s: The home plate was uncovered during excavation and is now displayed in the Member’s Lounge.
