We’re excited to share a new and more convenient setup for your recovery routine! Complimentary NormaTec compression sessions will now be self-serve in the Fitness Centre, allowing you to easily incorporate recovery before or after your workout.

Physiotherapy Service Update
We would like to inform our members that our physiotherapist, Demoli, has now concluded her time with the clinic as she moves on to new professional opportunities.
We extend our sincere gratitude for the excellent care, dedication, and support she provided during her time with us. Her commitment to enhancing patient wellness made a meaningful impact, and she will be greatly missed.
At this time, we do not currently have a physiotherapist on staff, but we are actively in the process of recruiting a new practitioner to continue offering high-quality physiotherapy services to our members.
We appreciate your understanding during this transition period and will share updates as soon as our new physiotherapist joins the team.

We are excited to announce the addition of Visceral Massage Therapy to our services, starting January 6th, with Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) John Yu. This therapy focuses on releasing tension and improving the mobility of internal organs, particularly in the abdominal and pelvic areas. Visceral Massage helps alleviate chronic pain, enhance digestion, and reduce stress, providing holistic relief to those struggling with digestive issues, emotional well-being, or chronic discomfort.

60-minute Initial Assessment: $180 + HST
60-minute Follow-up: $170 + HST
30-minute Follow-up: $100 + HST
